To realize basic biochemistry reactions in plants
Content
This lesson contains biochemistry and metabolism, substances necessary for metabolism, proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids, enzymes-coenzymes, vitamins, specific biochemical functions of organs and tissue, metabolic creation and storage of energy, photosynthesis and respiration.

Learning Outcomes
1) To have sufficient theoretical knowledge in the fields of Basic Engineering and Agricultural Engineering
2) Having sufficient theoretical knowledge on the basic field of horticulture and also the cultivation and improvement of fruit, vegetable, vineyards and ornamental plants
3) Having the technical knowledge used in applications related to the field
4) To find the source of environmental, biological, technical and economical problems that can negatively affect the yield and quality of the desired level in the agriculture of the horticultural crops and to develop the solution proposal based on the resear
5) Defining, naming and growing fruits, vegetables, vineyards and ornamental plants
6) Improvement of horticultural crops, development of new varieties, production of multiplication materials (seeds, seedlings, seedlings) of developed varieties
