Goals
Researches in soil-plant-root morphology relations; Uptake mechanisms of plant nutrients by plants, their relations with mycorrhizae and importance of mycorrhizae and N-fixing microorganisms in this system; Mobilization of plant nutrients closely related with chemical and physical characteristics and role of soil structure development and fertility in this aspect; Effect of water content in soil on biological and chemical activities.
Content
Factors affecting the formation of plant root, microbial dynamics in rhizosphere. Rhizosphere physical, chemical and biological properties and their effects on plant nutrient uptake, the factors that causing in rhizosphere pH change and their effects on nutrient availability. Plant root systems and mychorriza effect on the root zone pests and diseases control and the necessary measures should be taken.

Learning Outcomes
1) The soil plant root environment and the dynamics of soil microorganisms and better understanding of the mechanisms of hizosphere
2) Introduction of a large area of the root biology from the rhizosphere and plant root mechanisms effect on rhizosphere change.
3) The effects of micro-organisms activities and root exudates on physical, chemical and biological characteristics. of soil rhizosphere and on root growth.
4) The role of root growth on nutrient uptake and relationship with other scientific disciplines .
5) Mycorrhizae and N-fixation microorganisms effects on nutrient uptake
6) soil ecology and effect on soil quality
7) the effect of soil propertisies on root growth will be relaised
8) soil and crop mangement effet on rhizosfer dinamic will be release
9) The role of rhizosfer on soil born diseas will be discussed
10) the effects of microorganisms on plant health (root diseases) in rhizosphere
11) Root development and carbon realtion will be discussed
12) Mycorizla biology, Mycorhzosphere, plant roots and symbiotic relationships of soil physical, chemical and biological effects on plant productivity
13) Endomycorrhizae (Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM)) uptake of macro elements (N, P, K, Ca and Mg)
