To recognize the effects of exercise on the body, to recognize the importance of exercise choices in different groups
Exercise and training information, physiological principles, personalized exercise plans, resting metabolic rate, obesity and exercise, exercises in different groups
|1) To know the effects of exercise on body physiological basis|
|2) Knowing resting metabolic rate, how it is measured and what contribution it will have to the person|
|3) Classification of obesity, knowing what exercise and nutrition components|
|4) Exercise patterns that should be applied in case of disability|
