To teach basic concepts of student training information and to have knowledge in these subjects.
Content
Introduction, Training. Repetition of learning and completion of missing. Heart rate and training. Endurance training. Force training. Speed training. Flexibility training. Coordination training. Unit training and planning. Midterm. Short-term planning. Short-term planning. Annual planning. Long-term planning. An overview. Final exam.
