Goals
In this course, main principles of positive law and contemporary rules of law classification and its application will be expressed.
Content
General law concept, sources of law, arrangement area of law and application of law are subjected of course.

1) Subjects of social order rules and law will be informed.

3) Main principles of Turkish law will be explained.
4) Main principles of Turkish law will be expressed.
5) Sanctions and its' species will be explained.
6) Different meanings of Law will be expressed.

8) Regulations, customary rules and subsidiary rules will be explained.
9) Public law and private law concepts will be expressed.
10) Civil law and its subbranches will be expressed.
11) Public law and its subbranches will be explained.
12) Courts and its organisation will be expressed.
13) It will be explained that how the rules of law will be enforced.
14) The interpretation of the rules of law will be examined.
15) Preparation of the legal application subject will be given to the student.
