Goals
The goal of this course is to explain state of art Project Management literature, to identify Project Management Knowledge Areas, and to teach a Project Management software, as well as giving theorical and pract,cal knowledge on the concepts
Content
Project management lesson contains subjects such as introduction to project management, description of a project, contents of a project, starting a project, determinig the nature and goal of a project, cost and budgetting, determining the shareholders, project planning,team determination, budget allocation, risk planning, coordination and execution of a project, coordination of resources, monitoring project variables, closing a project, ending all activities, ending the project contract and examples of projects.

Learning Outcomes
1) Can collect and analyze data required for industrial engineering problems ,develops and evaluates alternative solutions.
2) Has sufficient background on topics related to mathematics, physical sciences and industrial engineering.
3) Gains ability to use the acquired theoretical knowledge on basic sciences and industrial engineering for describing, formulating and solving an industrial engineering problem, and to choose appropriate analytical and modeling methods.
4) Gains ability to analyze a service and/or manufacturing system or a process and describes, formulates and solves its problems .
5) Gains ability to choose and apply methods and tools for industrial engineering applications.
6) Can access information and to search/use databases and other sources for information gathering.
