To teach the fundamentals of high voltage equipment and substations and theory of electrical breakdown.
AC and DC Electric Transmission Systems; Standards Related to High Voltages; High Voltage Equipments; Recognition of Design Criterions of High Voltage Substations and Distribution Systems and Ability to Design High Voltage Substations and Distribution Systems in Basic Level; Generation of High Voltages; Measurement of High Voltages; Electrical Breakdown in Gasses, Liquids and Solids.
