AC and DC Electric Transmission Systems; Standards Related to High Voltages; High Voltage Equipments; Recognition of Design Criterions of High Voltage Substations and Distribution Systems and Ability to Design High Voltage Substations and Distribution Systems in Basic Level; Generation of High Voltages; Measurement of High Voltages; Electrical Breakdown in Gasses, Liquids and Solids.

Learning Outcomes
1) To identify AC and DC electric transmission systems.
2) To define standards related to high voltages.
3) To list high voltage equipments.
4) To provide recognition of design criterions of high voltage substations and distribution systems and ability to design high voltage substations and distribution systems in basic level.
