Goals
It is aimed to gain the basic and applied knowledge and skills required for the students on the climatic requirements, adaptation characteristics, breeding, seed production methods and techniques of edible legume legumes.

1) Understanding what are the plants in the group of leguminous legumes
2) Understanding the importance of edible grain legumes in general
3) Having up-to-date information about cultivation of leguminous legumes and cultural practices and application of this information
4) Obtaining theoretical and practical knowledge and skills on the germination factors in the seeds of leguminous legumes
5) Having basic and practical skills on viability tests in edible legume seeds seeds
6) Gaining theoretical and practical knowledge and skills about seed production methods and techniques in the plants in the leguminous legume group
