The aim of this course aimed to gain the competencies relevant to work in housekeeping in preparation.

Housekeeping Department, Organization Chart, Body Care, Body Care Need To Be Considered In Control Methods, Schedules, Information Given To Departments, Room Status Report If It Is Incomplete, Pass Key, Forgotten Items, Orientation, Motivation, Training Issues, And Designing Appropriate Training To Their Needs.
