Course Goal

To give information about industrial enzyme properties and usage areas

Course Content

The production, characterization and usage of microbial enzymes such as amylase, cellulase, protease, xylanase, lichenase lipase, chitinase, keratinase, phytase, beta lactamase and glycosylase are discussed.
