Course Goal

1) To be able to evaluate the basic principles of fertilization with drip irrigation (system, plant, environment and economy) for different cultivated plants. 2) To be able to use technical information and data in the suggestion of fertilization with drip irrigation 3) Gaining the ability to prepare fertilization programs with drip irrigation 4) Developing practical application skills of drip irrigation fertilization programs 5) Gaining the ability to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of fertilization with drip irrigation. 6) Gaining the ability to bring practical solutions to the problems arising in fertilization with drip irrigation

Course Content

Drip irrigation method, fertilizers and their properties, soil-plant-water relations, advantages and disadvantages of fertigation applications, problems encountered during applications.
