Course Goal

The microbiologic, haematologic, parasitologic and histolologic diagnostic methods in used on fish diseases, laboratory researches for diagnostic aim.

Course Content

The microbiologic, haematologic, parasitologic and histolologic diagnostic methods in used on fish diseases, laboratory researches for diagnostic aim. Also, autopsy technics on unhealthy fish, macroskobic investigations on fish and material supply technics for laboratory researches.

Course Learning Outcomes

Order Course Learning Outcomes
LO01 Students, working in teams, will become familiar with the use of laboratory equipment used in diagnosing diseases in fish.
LO02 Sick fish collected from the environment, laboratory and post-mortem macroscopic environment, transport and engineering applications, learn to fish in the first place.
LO03 Learn and apply the microbiological laboratory examinations should be applied fish diseases.
LO04 Applications for the diagnosis of parasitic diseases in fish and protozoan parasites involved in the definition and makes some of the endoparasitic.
LO05 Understand the importance of uncovering the health of fish hematology, the diagnosis of the disease in some hematological parameters evaluated as indicators to learn and apply.
