Course Goal

It is the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and application competencies related to the applications of Quality Management Systems in the field of health Providing a safe service and a safe environment for patient and employee safety Increasing the quality in service delivery Identifying possible risks for patients and employees Determination of appropriate methods and techniques to eliminate these risks
