Course Goal
The aim of this course is to introduce classical and modern commentary methods, text commentaries belonging to the period of divan literature and the characteristics of commentaries made after the period of divan literature.
Course Content
In this course, the subjects of the commentary in Old Turkish Literature, the definition, scope, historical development of the commentary, classical and modern commentary methods, text commentaries belonging to the period of divan literature and the introduction of the characteristics of the commentaries made after the period of divan literature are covered.
