Course Goal

The aim of this course is to provide midwifery knowledge and skills necessary to protect and improve the physical and psychosocial health of the mother, fetus and newborn during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period, and to ensure that innovations and current approaches to these issues are followed.

Midwifery care models, current roles and responsibilities of midwife in prenatal, natal and postnatal period, current approaches in pregnancy and birth process management, clinical guidelines
