Course Goal
To evaluate the studies related to the media within the framework of general social theory. In this context, to establish a basis for master's degree in communication
Course Content
The positivist methodology, critical theory, the paradigm of influence in media studies, British cultural studies school will be the general framework of this course. The course aims to examine the communication and media studies in a historical system and to compare the stages of social theory in a comparative manner.
