Course Goal
This course aims to inform the students about basic concepts, teories and activities which is related to management, making students have early information about the practices of management that they can meet during their professional lives.
Course Content
Basic concepts of management, Antecedent management theories, system theory, contingency theory, modern management theories, motivation, leadership and communication, power and politics
