Course Goal

The aim of this class is to provide a general introduction to important topics of Psychology by allowing students to have a background concerning psychology. This class investigates the important fields of psychology, theories, research methods and findings of some crucial studies, by considering how they can be applied to daily life. Psychology is concerned with human mind. That is why the emphasis will be on thoughts, emotions, customs, and behaviors.

Course Content

The contents of this course includes issues such as theoretical and practical knowledge on transactional analysis, empathy and comprehends its codes of practice, active listening and self expression skills, psychological processes in interpersonal communication.
