Department of Biotechnology: It is a branch of science that seeks scientific and industrial solutions to the problems encountered in the field of biotechnology in different disciplines such as Health, Agriculture, Engineering, Fisheries, Food, Environment and aims to contribute to universal science and provides postgraduate education.

To train biotechnology experts with advanced knowledge and skills that will enable them to reach their career goals in various national and international business, industry, research and development and various academic institutions. 2. To develop the skills of Biotechnology Science Specialist candidates by using scientific methods and considering ethical values, to be able to solve problems, to engage in multidisciplinary studies, to present information and experiences verbally and in writing, and to develop lifelong learning skills.

Goals

The aim of the program is to raise individuals who can produce solutions to the problems of health, agriculture, food and environment through R&D and training activities and to provide our country's trained workforce in this field.

Objectives

The aim of the program is to contribute to the formation of national policies in the field of science and economy for the future of our country with projects in national and international cooperation in the field of education and research.

Specific Admission Requirements

In order to graduate from this program, it is necessary to successfully complete all the courses in the program and to have a weighted grade point average of at least 3.00 out of 4.00.

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Biotechnology (Master with Thesis) diploma.
