Especially in the last fifty years; In addition to national law, important developments have been recorded in international and supranational dimension in the fields of Law of Obligations, Commercial Law and Atypical Contracts Law, Banking Law, Consumer Law, Competition Law, Banking Law. This process of development and evolution continues.

Goals

The main purpose and feature of the Private Law Doctoral Program is to educate competent lawyers who are capable of realizing the original monographic thesis and research programs in the fields of science that can be described as Private Legal Sciences.

To train private law experts who are able to develop themselves continuously, follow the legal regulations with national and international current events and have the ability to synthesize with theoretical and practical knowledge.
