Goals
To provide students with a comprehensive education in the tourism sector and to enable them to develop their professional skills in this field. The Tourism and Travel Services program aims to train students to build a successful career in the tourism sector by combining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Objectives
To provide students with the necessary management, service and marketing skills to be successful in the tourism sector. In addition, to prepare students for a professional career by providing them with knowledge and experience on important issues such as ethics, intercultural understanding and digital marketing.
Specific Admission Requirements
You can register for the Tourism and Travel Services Program by obtaining the required score from the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) conducted by the Republic of Turkey Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
The duration of study is four semesters. In order for students to graduate from the program, they must take all courses in this program that are equivalent to 120 ECTS, complete them with a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00, and have no failed courses. Graduates are entitled to receive an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services.
Access to Further Studies
Students who successfully complete their associate degree education can vertically transfer to the Tourism Management, Tourism and Hotel Management, Accommodation Management and Travel Management and Tourist Guidance undergraduate programs, provided that they receive sufficient points from the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by the Republic of Turkey Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).
Internship
There is a compulsory internship of 30 working days.
Applied Course
Practical lessons are included in the curriculum of this program.
Work Placement
In this program, workplace training is not applied.

Program students have the opportunity to be accepted to exchange programs such as Erasmus, Farabi and Mevlana.

Graduates of the Tourism and Travel Services associate degree program can find jobs in various areas of the tourism sector such as travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, cruise companies and congress and fair organization companies. They also have the opportunity to work in public institutions and tourism-related units of municipalities.
