The aim of the Master Program in Private Law is to inform students about the economic and international dimensions of the science of law. It is aimed to gain the gerekli interdisciplinary gerekli point of view which is necessary to address the new legal problems that arise especially in the globalized world. Courses are taught by specialized academicians and practitioners. The aim of this program is to educate lawyers who can not only solve the problems of today but also the problems of tomorrow.

The aim of the program; The aim of this course is to educate qualified lawyers who have high level technical law knowledge and foreign language proficiency in private law, have the ability to analyze the legal issues and produce solutions, and to conduct scientific research on a specific legal problem.

Goals
The aim of the Master Program in Private Law is to create new career opportunities for participants and to create a surplus value by providing a teaching which will provide specialization in specific areas of Private Law. In addition, it is aimed to eliminate some shortcomings in undergraduate education by informing the students about the international dimension of the science of law and the new developing disciplines. In particular, it is desirable to identify new legal problems that arise in the globalized world and to provide the students with the interdisciplinary perspective necessary for their solution.
Objectives
The main objective of the program is to enable students to expand their knowledge in private law. In this context, firstly students are taught the methods and techniques of scientific research. The program aims to teach the students how to make a source study in a subject, how to benefit from these sources and how to use scientific methods in order to reach a synthesis and to provide the students who want to specialize in a subject.
