Course Goal / Objective
Learns vehicle technology and internal combustion engines
Course Content
Types of vehicles, Introduction to automotive fuels, alternative fuels and lubricants. Combustion and pollution formation. Thermodynamics of engine cycles. Introduction to internal combustion engines. Types of internal combustion engines. Starting system, charging system, cooling system, lubricating system, fuel system, ignition and injection systems, exhaust system of internal combustion engines. Introduction to fuel cells.
