Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the necessity, and the information of the woven fabric analysis, its application, re-design and transform of the analysis results obtained out of application into production planning.
Course Content
General concepts and definitions in fabric analysis. Commercial woven fabrics ; Basic woven structures.Colour wovens. Crepe fabrics and weaving. Pique fabrics in weaving. Woven fabrics with three yarns systems. Double woven fabrics. Structural analysis of basic woven fabrics; colours and constructions, yarn analysis and etc.. Determination of the information for finished and grey fabrics and weaving conditions. Weaving calculations and planning.
