Course Goal / Objective
This course aims at helping students have insight in recognition and requirement reasons of vehicle safety and comfort systems and creation of new aspects in development of new designs
Course Content
Basic principles of vehicle dynamics. Car braking systems. Car brake system components. Antilock braking system (ABS). Electronic stability program (ESP). Adaptive cruise control (ACC). Occupant protection systems. Driving assistance systems. Navigation systems. Traffic telematics. Automotive heating and air conditioning systems.
