Course Goal / Objective

To teach the geological properties and position of Turkey, geographic and geologic situation of Anatolia, surface and subsurface richness of the common area.

Course Content

The examination of the lithologic properties of metamorphic massives, Palaeozoic, Mesozoic, Ophiolite-radiolaritic Mesozoic and Cenozoic units in Turkey.
