Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is the concept of structural features of their agriculture, agricultural business and the importance of the agricultural business is to inform students about the costs and product management.

Course Content

General principles of organic farming, laws and regulations of organic farming, certification system, project preparation and management in organic farming, changing concepts and terms in the form of agricultural production, marketing and sales related concepts.
