Course Goal / Objective

To teach the general outline of work to be done before and during the construction process in order to complete the construction project successfully within time, cost and quality limitations and related legal regulations

Course Content

Bidding process, construction site organization, work schedules, construction supervision, progress payment, occupational health and safety
