Course Goal / Objective
Gives information about herbal properties, climate and soil requirements, cultivation, maintenance operations, reproduction and evaluation technologies of mainly annual and perennial medicinal and aromatic plants (Annual medicinal and aromatic plants such as anise, caraway, coriander, nettle, basil, parsley, dill, garlic and perennial medicinal and aromatic plants such as sage, lavender, kuşdili, mountain tea, lemon balm, oregano, mint, marjoram)
