Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the students,concepts and terminology related to distance education; introduce the distance education students / content support systems; show the roles of distance education students and teachers and evaluate the work of distance education.
Course Content
Distance education, , instructional environments, technologies used in distance education: TV, video, radio and written materials. Basic concepts related to distance education, and education, the structure and the functioning of radio, video and film catalogues, the historical development of educational television and academic studies, and the importance of children´s TV programs, TV programs, and the importance of adult open high school program analysis, analysis of open university programs, internet schools and virtual classrooms, Distance Education students and content support systems, interpretation of information and communication technologies through distance learning process, cutting-edge technologies in distance education.
