Course Goal / Objective

To understand basic protocols of computer networking

Course Content

Router, IP addresses and protocol, Routing algorithms, Broadcast and multicast, Multiple access protocols, Error detection and correction, Link layer addressing, Ethernet, Switches, Security in networks, Basics of cryptography, E-mail security, SSL.
