Course Goal / Objective
To give general information about fruit trees to students, to teach subjects such as care, fertilization, pruning, to provide information on topics such as pomological classification and growth regulators.
Course Content
The situation of organic fruit growing in Turkey, its situation in the world, organic farming practices in fruit growing, organic fruit growing stages, cultural struggle methods, harvesting and packaging functions will be covered.
