Course Goal / Objective

Provide information on the basic concepts and applications of Surgical Nursing, the basic requirements of surgical patients, diseases requiring surgical intervention systems, factors affecting the success of surgical treatment, surgical nurse qualifications. Help students gain the ability to use knowledge acquired in the field of surgical nursing in the process of nursing , help to gain the ability to use the holistic approach to the individual physically, psychologically and socially , teach the importance of recording and reporting, and help students gain the ability to transfer theoretical knowledge learned into application .

Course Content

In this course, preoperation and postoperation nursing care systems on the overall patient care take place.
