Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to introduce concepts that are related to quality management in health care and basic information on the quality and standards of international accreditation.

Course Content

The concept of quality in health care, quality measurement, improvement of service, teamwork, quality certification and accreditation in health services, and patient safety issues takes place in this course.
