Course Goal / Objective

To provide basic information to students on the etiology, epidemiology and pathogenesis of common infectious diseases. In addition, to provide the students with the knowledge and qualifications about antimicrobial drugs used against infectious diseases to benefit throughout their professional life.

Course Content

The etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and epidemiology of bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic infections of the systems and organs are explained.
