Course Goal / Objective

The overall objective of this course is to teach the necessary knowledge, skills and approaches required for the meaningful and effective delivery of a course in higher education. The following learning outcomes are expected from this course. The main topics are to learn about writers who acquired a different style at the Servet-i Fünun period and to introduce the Fajr-i Ati Community.

Course Content

Provides information on the social, cultural and economic characteristics of the period, introduces the Fajr-i Ati poets and writers of the same period; introduces the literary personality of Riza Tevfik Bölükbaşı and analyzes his poems, introduces the literary personality of Mehmet Emin Yurdakul and Hüseyin Rahmi and analyzes their texts.
