Course Goal / Objective

The main objectives of this physics course is to provide the student with a clear and logical presentation of the basic concepts and principles of physics, and strengthen an understanding of the concepts and principles through a board range of interesting application to the real word. Welcome to the exciting world of physics.

Course Content

Physics and measurement; vectors; motion in one dimension; motion in two dimensions; the laws of motion; circular motion and applications of Newton laws; static equilibrium; work and energy; potential energy and conservation of energy; linear momentum and collisions; rotation of a rigid body about a fixed axis; rolling motion, angular momentum and torque.
