Course Goal / Objective

Knowledge about the processes used in plant biotechnology, use of plant tissue cultures in plant biotechnology, definition of natural genetic variation, plant genotypes tolerated by abiotic and biotic stresses

Course Content

Use of plant tissue cultures in plant biotechnology, gene transfer methods to plants, haploid plant end, current biotechnological approaches used to improve crop quality in agriculture
