Course Goal / Objective
The purpose and scope of the Law No. 6331 on occupational health and safety, the duties, authorities and responsibilities for the provision of occupational health and safety at workplaces, the employer and the worker; To inform about the rights and obligations of the workplace.
Course Content
To give information about the Purpose and Scope of the Occupational Health Safety Law No. 6331; Empowerment and responsibilities for providing health, safety, occupational health and safety, to provide basic information about employer and worker; To learn basic information about the rights and obligations of the workplace; To be able to follow and interpret legal legislation on occupational health and safety
