Course Goal / Objective
To be able to express himself / herself in the best way in the foreign language in social life, whether it is business life or not, to enable the student to acquire the necessary methods and tips to be effective
Course Content
Definition of interpersonal communication; Communication model and elements of communication, effective listening and feedback, factors preventing communication (source, channel, receiver etc.), factors facilitating communication, the role and use of emotions in communication, conflict and prevention in communication, Important points to pay attention to, communication practices
