Course Goal / Objective
Teaching students basic concepts of epidemiology; The fact that the students have information about the factors that affect the outbreak, transmission and spread of the diseases they may encounter; Teaching what to do for disease control and eradication
Course Content
Purpose and parts of epidemiology; transmission and spread of infections; Types of infections; Structure of animal populations; Distribution of diseases; Epidemiological research types and stages; Health schedules; Zoonotic diseases; Control and eradication of diseases
