Course Goal / Objective

To teach the subjects such as operating concept and functions of operating and production systems, to provide information about feasibility and factory establishment studies for textile enterprises to use in establishment activities, to strengthen quality control knowledge and to work on statistical process control studies by focusing on quality management in production systems, production planning and quality control studies. modern management techniques are introduced and students are asked to raise awareness about the suitability of these methods to textile enterprises

Course Content

Operating Concept and Functions of Operating, Production Systems. Factory establishment plan. Preparing a feasibility report. The organization scheme, its variants, the way of use and its use. Quality control studies in production. Statistical process control techniques.
