Course Goal / Objective
The main purpose of this course is to start training from the Turkish Hun Empire, Göktürks, Uighurs, Karahans, Ghaznavids, Seljuks, to Ottomans education, to understand and interpret history in the process of educational practices. Innovations in the field of education in the Republic of Turkey and its applications able to explain in terms of the Turkish Educational and Cultural History.
Course Content
History of Turkish Education, Central Asian Turkish states; Education in the Hunts and the Uighurs. Education in Karahanlılar, Gazneli, Great Seljuks, Anatolian Seljuks and Anatolian Principalities with Islam. Reform studies in education during the periods of education, decline and disintegration in the Ottoman Empire, reforms and practices in the field of education, education in the Republican era. Changes in the field of education after 1950, developments and applications.
