Course Goal / Objective

The course has the goal of teaching the students about the natural conditions of Lower, Middle and Upper Palaeolithic Anatolia, and its cultural, social and economic appearance under these natural conditions, as demonstrated in scientific studies.

Course Content

After briefly reviewing the content of 'The Palaeolithic of Anatolia and its Neighbors I', the natural conditions of Anatolia in the Palaeolithic period and its cultural situation under these conditions will be presented to the students. Anatolia and the neighboring regions will be compared from the perspective of human behavior and the results of this behavior, and the students will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Palaeolithic of the region.
