Course Goal / Objective

Development of 0-6 years old childrens' play skills and preferences for toys and games according to their age, to introduce the types of games, to prepare the game indicators in the development of children and to ensure them prepare appropriate games appealing for children

Course Content

Historical development in childrens' play and theories related to play, basic concepts related to childrens' play, play in early childhood period and changes in childrens' play with developmental stages, treatment of behavior problems through play, play in different cultures, play and toys in Turkish culture.
