Course Goal / Objective

Definition of mental health, ways and importance of mentaining a good mental health, mental health in historical context, theories on mental health, characteristics of mentally health and not health people, behavioral and mental health problems of children i.e. anxiety disorders, conduct disorders, depression and problems in peer relations, ADHD, mental retardation, language and learning disabilities, autism and schizophrenia, disorders of basic physical functions, psychological factors affecting mental health, evolving concerns for youth and children.

Course Content
