Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to give acritical review of the social institutions and human social behavior. There are alternative views to understand human nature and the relationship between social World of an individual. However, this course aims to show how compatible sociology works with other disciplines such as especially history, politics, and law while investigating a specific historical and modern social issue.

Course Content

The course will cover definition, scope, methods and research techniques of sociology; social organization; culture- socialization; groups; stratification; demography and the concepts related to social change.
