Course Goal / Objective

To equip students with basic knowledge about heating-ventilating-air conditioning (HVAC) technology and to design air conditioning system with this information

Course Content

Introduction to HVAC, air conditioning, psychrometric chart, summer air conditioning, evaporative, winter and all year air-conditioning systems, heat gain calculation, thermal comfort, inside and outside design conditions
