Course Goal / Objective
To gain knowledge about the formation of internal and external events of the earth.
Course Content
Introduction, Earths structure its physical, chemical and dynamic characteristics the relationship of the interior and outer structures of the earth with regional tectonic events, inner and outer dynamics, diastrofism and its theories. Plate tectonics its origin and continental drifting, how mantle leads to plate tectonics geological events (faulting, seafloor spreading, volcanoes, earthquakes, mountain building), oceanic basins.
