Course Goal / Objective
To gain competence in effective communication in organizations, to gain effective communication skills capable of producing appropriate solutions with awareness of communication barriers
Course Content
Communication concept, communication process and basic elements, communication types and forms of communication, organizational communication, methods and tools of organizational communication, communication barriers in organizations, improvement of communication in organizations
